Experience
In
June, 2005, Babs relocated to the beautiful Pacific Northwest
where she and her husband David, built their retirement cottage
in the coastal community of SouthShore, Newport, Oregon. In
August, 2005, Babs obtained her Oregon Real Estate License,
enabling her to assist her clients with their real estate
needs in both Georgia and Oregon. She is now associated with
the realtor firm of Greenman Properties LLC---www.greenmanproperties.net.
Babs now
specializes in marketing in Lincoln County, Newport, Toledo,
Lincoln City, Waldport and Yachats!

A consistent top producer who sold more than $6.5 million
in real estate last year, Babs has been a member of the Million
Dollar Club for the past eight years. She is also a member
of the prestigious Re/Max 100% Club.

Personal
Information
Babs
had the unique opportunity to grow up in the British Crown
Colony of Hong Kong. She graduated from the Sara Beattie School
of Business in Hong Kong with a degree in business and also
holds a Bachelor of Science degree. Babs came to America and
the Atlanta area in 1986 where she entered a career in Medical
Administration. After four successful years in health care
she became interested in the real estate market, obtained
her real estate license and became a Licensed Corporate Leasing
Agent.
Through
these experiences, Babs honed important skills in organization
and attention to detail. She learned the importance of clear
and concise communication and became proficient in seeing
that tasks were completed according to plan.
Babs is
married and the mother of three children and the proud grandmama
of seven! She is a dedicated member of the community, volunteering
on various charity runs. When not spending time with her family
or serving her clients, Babs enjoys tennis, golf, and walking
"Sir Bailey" on the many miles of white sandy beach
at SouthShores.

In August
2005 Babs became a licensed Realtor in Oregon and joined the
Lincoln County MLS.
Babs is
a member of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS and the Georgia
Association of REALTORS. In addition, she is active with the
National Association of REALTORS. All of these associations
uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that their members
are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation
affecting real estate.
